Every service is grounded in safety, collaboration, and deep respect for your lived experience. You’re welcome to explore one service or move between them as your needs evolve.

Trauma‑Informed Counselling

A gentle, steady space to explore your story without pressure or judgement.
This service supports people navigating trauma, complex trauma, identity‑based harm, relationship wounds, or long‑held patterns that no longer feel helpful.
You might be seeking:
• A calmer nervous system
• Support with boundaries, relationships, or trust
• Space to understand your emotions and reactions
• Healing from childhood or relational trauma
• A counsellor who moves at your pace
Approach:
Grounded in safety, consent, collaboration, and empowerment.
We work with parts of self, somatic awareness, grounding skills, and relational repair.

Youth Counselling (12+)

A warm, youth‑friendly space where young people can talk about what’s going on in their world, build emotional skills, and explore who they are becoming.
Young people often come for support with:
• Anxiety, overwhelm, or big emotions
• School stress, friendships, or bullying
• Identity exploration (gender, sexuality, neurodivergence)
• Trauma, family conflict, or life transitions
• Low confidence or feeling “different”
Approach:
Gentle, relatable, collaborative, and autonomy‑focused.
Young people lead the pace, and caregivers are supported with clear boundaries around privacy.

This service is for people experiencing:
• Burnout, overwhelm, or masking fatigue
• Sensory overload or shutdowns
• Emotional intensity or difficulty regulating
• Relationship or communication challenges
• Late‑identified or exploring neurodivergence
Approach:
Flexible, strengths‑based, sensory‑aware, and deeply validating.
You get to show up exactly as you are.

Common themes include:
• Gender exploration and affirmation
• Sexuality, desire, and relationships
